- How do I apply to play NXNE 2027?
- Fill in the application at mynxne.com/apply. It is one form, there is no fee, and every application is read by a person on the NXNE programming team.
- When is the deadline to apply for NXNE 2027?
- Applications close Thursday 31 December 2026, 11:59pm ET.
- When is NXNE 2027?
- NXNE 2027 runs 16–20 June 2027, across venues in Toronto. Showcases start at 8pm and run as late as 2am.
- Does it cost anything to apply to NXNE?
- No. There is no application fee, and there never will be.
- When will I hear back about my NXNE application?
- Decisions go out January through March 2027, and you will hear from us either way.
- Do artists get paid to play NXNE?
- Booked artists choose their compensation: an Artist VIP package — a lanyard per band member with priority access all week, worth about $250 each — or an artist fee of $150 per band, or $100 for a solo act, plus a discovery pass per member. You choose when you accept the offer. Artists accepted to play NXNE 2027 in June are also considered for the NXNE Stage at the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition) in Toronto in August.
